Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

To ensure uniformity and professionalism in all submissions, please follow the guidelines outlined below. Submissions that do not adhere to these standards may be returned for revision.


General Submission Requirements

  1. Language:

    • Manuscripts must be written in English. Use clear and concise language.
  2. Document Format:

    • File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
    • Page Layout: Use A4 page size, 1-inch margins on all sides, and double spacing.
    • Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12.
  3. Word Count:

    • Articles: Maximum 6,000 words, including references.
    • Short Communications: Maximum 3,000 words.
    • Reviews: Maximum 8,000 words.
  4. Title Page:

    • Title: Concise and descriptive.
    • Author Information: Include full names, affiliations, and email addresses.
    • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

Structure of the Manuscript

  1. Abstract:

    • Limit to 250 words.
    • Provide a concise summary of the study’s objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  2. Keywords:

    • Include 4-6 keywords that reflect the main topics of the paper.
  3. Main Body:

    • Introduction: State the research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
    • Methods: Provide detailed information on the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
    • Results: Present findings with appropriate use of tables, figures, and statistical analyses.
    • Discussion: Interpret the results, highlight implications, and address limitations.
    • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and their broader relevance.
  4. References:

    • Follow the referencing format outlined below.
    • Ensure all references cited in the text are included in the reference list.

Bibliographic and Formatting Standards

  1. In-text Citations:

    • Use the Author-Date citation style (e.g., Smith, 2020).
    • For two authors: (Smith & Jones, 2020).
    • For three or more authors: (Smith et al., 2020).
  2. Reference List:

    • Arrange references alphabetically by the first author’s surname.
    • Examples:
      • Journal Article:
        • Smith, J., & Jones, A. (2020). Title of the article. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), page range. https://doi.org/xx.xxxx
      • Book:
        • Brown, P. (2018). Title of the Book. Publisher.
      • Book Chapter:
        • White, R. (2019). Title of the chapter. In G. Black (Ed.), Book Title (pp. xx-xx). Publisher.
      • Online Resource:
  3. Figures and Tables:

    • Number figures and tables consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
    • Provide descriptive captions below figures and above tables.
  4. Abbreviations and Acronyms:

    • Define abbreviations and acronyms upon first use.

Ethics and Permissions

  1. Plagiarism:

    • Submissions must be original. Plagiarism will result in rejection.
  2. Permissions:

    • Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for copyrighted materials.
  3. Conflict of Interest:

    • Declare any potential conflicts of interest.

Submission Process

  1. Online Submission:

    • Submit via the journal’s online system at [Insert Submission Link].
  2. Review Process:

    • Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  3. Revisions:

    • If revisions are requested, resubmit the revised manuscript within the specified timeframe.
