Author Guidelines

1. Scope and Focus

Proceeding of UNRIKA International Conference on Community Service (UICCS) publishes peer-reviewed papers resulting from the UNRIKA International Conference on Community Service. Manuscripts should focus on community service, community engagement, empowerment, applied research, and practical initiatives that contribute to sustainable community development.

2. Types of Manuscripts

UICCS accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Community Service Reports

  • Applied Research-Based Community Service

  • Case Studies and Best Practices

  • Community Empowerment Programs

  • Innovation and Technology for Society

3. Originality and Ethics

Submitted manuscripts must be original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by other journals or proceedings. All submissions must comply with publication ethics and be free from plagiarism. Similarity checking may be conducted using plagiarism detection software.

4. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English or Indonesian using clear, academic, and communicative language.

5. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be structured as follows:

  • Title

  • Author(s) Name(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Methods / Implementation Approach

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if any)

  • References

6. Formatting Guidelines

  • Paper size: A4

  • Length: 6–10 pages

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 11–12

  • Spacing: Single spacing

  • Margin: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

A manuscript template will be provided by the conference organizer.

7. References

References should follow a recognized citation style (APA Style recommended) and prioritize recent and relevant sources.

8. Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system of UICCS via the official website.

9. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on academic quality, relevance, originality, and clarity.

10. Open Access Policy

UICCS provides open access to all published papers to support the global dissemination of knowledge.
