Abstract

Teachers are agents of change who help create a superior and broad-minded future generation. Teachers are required to continuously improve their professional competence and adapt to technological developments and dynamic educational demands. The purpose of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve teachers' competence in designing co- curricular programs that are in line with the principles of holistic learning in Sei Beduk District. This PKM was conducted from September 2 to October 2, 2025, involving 29 schools consisting of 49 teachers in Sei Beduk District, Batam City, Riau Islands, involving the Sei Beduk District Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) and the Kelompok Kerja Kepaka Sekolah (K3S). The results of this PKM can improve teachers' competence in compiling and designing co- curricular programs and integrating holistic values relevant to the needs of students, which can be measured from the results of pre-tests, post-tests, and work performances. The results of this PKM show a real improvement in teachers' abilities and can make a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning in schools in the implementation of co-curricular programs and supporting the creation of a more holistic education ecosystem oriented towards the comprehensive development of students' potential.
